Diversity Training.
We believe in educating and helping employees understand what diversity brings to the workplace.
Our employees participate in diversity-related training programs such as "Diversity Awareness," which provides
team members a forum to exchange ideas, understand the business case for diversity, and learn about the
impact of inclusion and exclusion on productivity.
"Managing Multiple Generations in the Workplace" is a training program that provides insight into the
changing demographics that affect the workforce. It also helps us learn how to recognize issues and situations
that may be influenced by generational differences.
Performance Management.
Our annual performance management process provides feedback and coaching to salaried employees relative to
objectives, goals and The Pactiv Attitude. Compensation is directly related to not
only what we do, but how we do it.
