An artist and engineer by training, founder Jeffrey Chen started up Newspring industrial Corporation in 1993 with a simple goal: to improve the esthetic presentation and functionality of food packaging by using state-of-the-art technology and materials.

For example, VERSAtainer containers are designed to provide more than just a new innovative design. The containers are contoured for easy stacking. The patented lock-tight lid system is engineered to prevent leakage. And, the lids are manufactured with a high-clarity polymer for easy content identification.
